Stelios C. Wilson, MD, is a board-certified plastic surgeon seeing patients in New York City. Dr. Wilson is highly trained in both reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery. He is one of only a few plastic surgery graduates each year who go on to complete additional training in cosmetic surgery. He specializes in the repair of facial defects as well as aesthetic surgery of the face, nose, breasts, and body.
Dr. Stelios C. Wilson, a native of New Jersey, attended Swarthmore College where he was a double major in biology and economics and a 4-year varsity athlete on the men’s lacrosse team. Dr. Wilson attended NYU School of Medicine where he graduated at the top of his class and was inducted into the medical honor society, Alpha Omega Alpha. Following medical school, Dr. Wilson earned acceptance at his first choice, NYU, the top plastic and reconstructive surgery program in the country, for his 6-year training. In the final year, he was the chief resident. Following graduation, Dr. Wilson completed an additional fellowship at the Manhattan Eye, Ear, and Throat Hospital (MEETH), the oldest and most prestigious aesthetic surgery fellowship in the country.
Dr. Stelios C. Wilson has published over 50 peer-reviewed publications and more than ten book chapters dedicated to both aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery.
